Matt began working as an electrician in 1996, mainly wiring new construction single & multi-family dwellings. He attended a 4-year apprenticeship program through Associated Builders & Contractors of Indiana, which Pristine Electric is still a member of today. During the course of his apprenticeship, Matt also worked in industrial pump repair for a couple of years. He found a love for the challenges that electrical service work provides. 

Prior to building the family business, Jessica worked in the medical field as a Medical Assistant and later attended school for nursing. She has always had a passion for helping others. 

In 2001, shortly after the birth of their 2nd child Matt & Jessica began Pristine Electric, LLC in an effort to provide for their growing family. From the beginning, they strived toward excellence in customer service, compassion, & quality workmanship.  They chose not to limit their services to only industrial or residential, but instead to offer a broad spectrum of services in the residential, commercial, & industrial fields. They moved their operation from Indianapolis to small-town Greenfield in 2002. They have since grown to an operation of 15+ employees serving all of Central Indiana with Pristine Excellence.
